It can be something as small as making your bed every morning or going for a walk. It’s not about lifting weights—it’s about lifting yourself out of the patterns that hold you back. We all have routines, and sometimes those routines trap us in cycles of negativity, anxiety, or self-doubt. But by adding new “reps” to your day—whether it’s committing to healthier habits or taking time to break the loop of negative thoughts—you start to take control. Not because I wanted to show off, but because I wanted to see how far I could push myself. I’ve competed in seven bodybuilding shows and won two overalls in Classic Physique. That journey forced me to level up mentally more than physically. It taught me how to stay disciplined even when my brain wanted to shut down. It gave me standards I couldn’t fake my way through. What if I don't know how to do a specific exercise?
Each exercise set up in your plan will have a video demonstration on how to perform the exercises with proper form

Nope!! There are thousands of different recipes to choose from however if you want to eat the same thing every day you absolutely can!
